what are the doc stamps/taxes and title insurance for a refinance in kingwood texas? i need these figures to put a good faith estimate together. my title company is taking too long to get me this information

Hi jyun,

The state of Texas does not have real estate transfer taxes. hence no documentary stamp taxes are charged upon deed transfer.
