In Texas, being a Community State for spouses, if I've started a real estate investing company (sole ownership) is my husband have an interest at any point in the ownership of the properties? While I'm living or if I'm deceased?

Welcome mck_chev,

Your husband will have an interest in that property unless he signs an inter-spousal transfer deed and releases all his claims in that property.
