Hi Joshua,
Can you help with my thread on Posted: Sun Nov 01, 2009 12:27 am Post subject: Can my husband sign quit claim to be removed from the deed?

Since you are in Texas, and know about the community property laws, I think you can help more than I can.

I think an interspousal transfer deed can be signed by the husband and transfer the property to the wife. However, it could be considered as fraudulent by the creditors so it would be a better option to consult a lawyer.
