Like 0 Dislike 0 my wife has bad credit and no income. I have excellent credit and a great job. will i have any problems getting a construction loan in Texas?

You can get a construction loan in your name in Texas as you've a good credit and a great job. As your wife does not have a job, she won't be able to qualify for a loan.
