Hi HH!

Welcome to forums!

Quitclaim deed is no way related to mortgage late payments. It is a legal document transferring property from one person to another. The cost of quitclaim deed may vary from one place to another. In case, you draft the deed from an attorney, you'll have to pay him his fees.

Feel free to ask if you have further queries.
