I currently own my home in TX but owned a business previously that suffered hardships and ultimately hurt my credit score. I make six fugures and have funds for a considerable down payment. My employment has been with the same company for over 10 years. Do I have options to purchase in TN. Need to move in the next 30 days as we have a contract on the home in TX to close end of June. We would use equity from the home for a downpayment and company covers closing costs and points. Thanks

However, to get good loan option , it is required to have a good credit score of minimum 620 to 680. There are lenders who provides loan with low credit score of 580 however, there are hidden charges also. I would suggest you to do a market research and then apply for a loan.
