I am being relocated by my company to Knoxville Tn. I currently own my home in TX but owned a business previously that suffered hardships and ultimately hurt my credit score. I make six fugures and have funds for a considerable down payment. My employment has been with the same company for over 10 years. Do I have options to purchase in TN. Need to move in the next 30 days as we have a contract on the home in TX to close end of June. We would use equity from the home for a downpayment and company covers closing costs and points.

Thanks

Hi,

You have not mentioned about your credit score clearly so it is not possible for me to give proper answer to your question. However, to get good loan option , it is required to have a good credit score of minimum 620 to 680. There are lenders who provides loan with low credit score of 580 however, there are hidden charges also. I would suggest you to do a market research and then apply for a loan.
