What s the law regarding a home equity loan on a mobile home with land?

Guest	Posted: Wed Dec 01, 2010 11:18 am    Post subject: What s the law regarding a home equity loan on a mobile home Like 0 Dislike 0 The IRS wants me to get letters of denial on a home equity loan. The loan institutions will not accept an application. What do I do. They said there was a Tx. law forbidding this type of loan.

As far as I know, home equity loans are allowed in Texas. You should speak to some other local lenders and take their opinion in this regard. You can even speak to a Texas based attorney and he may help you in this regard. Feel free to ask if you've further queries. Sussane
