Compare Mortgage Quotes

TodayI noticed an extra $203 had been deducted along with my Mortgage payment. My husband called & was told that BY TEXAS LAW, we must have 2 months Mortgage inour Escrow account that our taxes had gone up last Decemeber & theyhad paid the additional out of that account.

If this is the case, why weren't we notified & why have they sent us a check each year, due to ESCROW overages?

You should contact your lender and find out why you were not notified of this ahead of time.
