I had a mobile home foreclosed on and sold by the lender 4 years ago . they are now starting to call to collect the difference. I live in Texas. Can they sue me for the difference?

The lender can come after you for the deficient amount after foreclosure. However, you've mentioned that the foreclosure had taken place 4 years ago. It's quite surprising to me that the lender is suing you for the dues after such a long time. I would suggest you to speak to a real estate attorney and take his opinion in this matter.
