How long do I have before I vacate the property after it has been foreclose and sale? And how can I be in touch eith the new owner and ask to pay rent atleast for one month before leaving, that will give me some time to find a new place.
I am in Humble, Texas

You should contact the sheriff's office (or whoever is conducting the auction) and ask what the guidelines are regarding vacancy. Each state and/or county may be different.

Don't bet on being able to rent out the place for a month. Honestly, if you approached me with that I would be reluctant to make that deal with you. The bank is foreclosing because you did not make your payments. Why would the new owner expect you to pay him either unless you paid up front?
