What if any lenders will qualify us?

Like 0 Dislike 0 I have a credit score some where between 710-740 but have an imcome of only 16,000 ( I am a disabled vet) , My husband has a middle credit score of 594 (his highest is a 660) and makes 46,000 a year .. we are looking to get a FHA loan for 78,000 with 3.5% down Does anyone know any lenders that will grant us a mortgage? We live in Texas

Your husband can cosign for the FHA loan which will help you in getting a mortgage for your property. You will have to contact the Texas based FHA approved lenders in order to do so. You've mentioned that you are a disabled vet. In that case, why don't you apply for VA loans? Sussane
