hello,

my grandfather died in 1955, in 1982 his older sister sold the property for way less than its worth and then signed an affidavit stating she did not know where the other heir are which is very untrue.

do I or can I file a claim against the current owners? looking at the deed there were a lot of shady things on this. I am the sole heir of this property and she and the other sisters knew it. Help or advise please

Hi mrank,

I don't think you will be able to file a claim against the current owners. You should contact your attorney and check out what steps you need to take in this matter.

Take care
