I am wanting a home equity loan to build a garage on my property. we purchase this new manufactured home last december and put $50,000 down. I've called a dozen lenders and I can't find anyone who can do either a home equity or refinance with cash out. Am I wasting my time? Crying or Very sad

If you have equity in your property, then you will get a refinance or a home equity loan. However, as it is a manufactured home, not all lenders will be ready to offer you a refinance. This community has a large number of lenders. You can seek a no obligation free mortgage quote from them and check out if they can help you with a loan.
