i am based in texas. i am looking for either bank statement. siva something along those lines. i have a credit score of over 800. looking to purchase noo plenty of assets just not able to show income looking at returns. anything? anyone? thanks

Hi donnabagley,

Do you mean you are looking for a mortgage, but canot prove your income? Your credit score is excellent, but if you cannot show your income, you may not qualify for a loan. You can, however, go for a stated income loan. You will have to pay a considerable amount of downpayment in that case. Finding such a loan at present, will not be easy though.
