I'm in Texas and preparing a Ladybird "ELE"deed for someone to remain in a home that will pass to someone else. A Medicaid lien will exist. I wish to avoid that, thus my interest in the Ladybird. BUT I have found that the Atty Title Ins. Fund requires certain language to be recognized as an ELE. Can you provide that language to me?
