| Can you find me lender that can refinance my Texas Cash-out loan? There are specific cash-out laws in Texas. My mortgage has 75,000 left on it. My home is worth 140,000. My credit rating is excellent. |

Hi joyandtheboys,
It is true that there are specific laws in Texas related to cash out refinance. To know about the Texas A6 laws, you can check out the following page:

I appreciate that your credit rating is good. In order to get a conventional loan, you would require a credit score of 720-740. You can speak to your current lender for a refinance. Or else, you can even seek a no obligation free mortgage consultation from the lenders of this community and check out if you can get a cash out refinance.
Thanks |
