Can you find me lender that can refinance my Texas Cash-out loan? There are specific cash-out laws in Texas. My mortgage has 75,000 left on it. My home is worth 140,000. My credit rating is excellent.

Hi joyandtheboys,

It is true that there are specific laws in Texas related to cash out refinance. To know about the Texas A6 laws, you can check out the following page:

I appreciate that your credit rating is good. In order to get a conventional loan, you would require a credit score of 720-740. You can speak to your current lender for a refinance. Or else, you can even seek a no obligation free mortgage consultation from the lenders of this community and check out if you can get a cash out refinance.

Thanks
