When I sell the Timeshare, can use the original Warranty Deed as a template? Then, mail the forms to the Office of Public Records? It will be better if you could contact a real estate attorney and get a warranty deed drafted from him. You can contact your county recorder's office and check out if they can help you in getting a warranty deed. Feel free to ask if you've further queries. Sussane
