i need a life estate warranty deed for Katy Texas

mother and daughter just closed on house in katy texas. we need to cgange title (deed) by sending a life estate waerranty deed paper so the deedis in my mothers name only but if something happens to her it goes to her daughter only. the tax office says a life estate warranty deed with her as the grantor and me as the grantee would be fine. Please help mke to find the correctpaper thank you so much

You can contact a lawyer and he will draft the life estate deed for you. You can also contact the county recorder's office and get the deed. Once the deed is completely filled out, it is important to notarize and record the deed.
