Our primary residence is in Washington state. I am told this falls under the a6 laws, and I am wondering if we can close the loan in the state of WA or have to fly to TX to close the deal? The Notice concerning extensions of credit for a6 loans says the closing has to happen at a lender, an attorney, or title company. But it does not specify that closing has to happen in the state of TX. Does anyone know the answer to this? Thank you, Renee
