Grand-mother's three sons are not willed any real property. The sons are planning to place grand-ma into a nursing home (TX) within the next few months. She will have minimal funds at the time of entering a nursing home. My wife plans on relocating into grand-ma's home after she is moved into the nursing home. Will Medicaid then come after the home, for nursing home expesnses, forcing the grand-daughter to move out?

In that situation, the Medicaid authorities might have the rights to recover the properties for nursing home expenses. _________________ Procrastination is the enemy of your financial success
