Can a lender foreclose on mobile home and property it is on through a refinance Deed of Trust that only lists a loan number as the lien being refinanced. County real property records show no lien nor is a lien registerd with the Tx. Dept. of Housing.

Hi jsmac,

If there is a mortgage on the property and if you are not paying the dues on time, then the lender has the rights to foreclose the mobile home. You can contact an attorney and he will be the best to help you in taking a decision in this regard.

Thanks
