current mobile home is financed through the park owner where we live. We would like to see about refinancing the home and moving it to Texas where we need to move. We would also need to borrow enough to move the trailer. How would we go about this?

Hi murphyt!

Welcome to forums!

You need to contact the private lender who financed your mobile home and apply for a refinance. If he agrees to it, then you will get a refinance which will help you in moving your trailer.

Feel free to ask if you've further queries.
