Hello,

I have excellent credit (very high 700s) and an investment home that's paid off in Killeen, TX. Its a 4/2 brick home. Worth about 60K. I have a 24K personal loan and about 7 K in credit card debt that I hate and would like to pay off. Do you recommend getting a mortgage on this investment home and what kind of loan would you recommend???
Thanks

you have excellent financial acumen and I must appreciate this.If you can mortgage your investment home and get the loan then you may get very great deals with low interest rates.

Go for it.
thanks
