I am behind on my mortage payments 2-3 months. I have good income and equity in my home. Where can I get a loan to catch up on house payments?

You are saying you have good incoem, but still behind on payment

If you are late by 3 months it has already affected your credit report and score and with that on your report, it may be really difficult to get another loan

Hi broganterence,

I don't think you would get a loan just to catch up your past due mortgage payments. You've mentioned that your income is good. You can contact your lender and pay off the past due loan amount along with the late fees and bring the loan current. Thus, you will not even have to take another loan for the property.
