I need to know if nina loans r still available from any lenders in texas

It will be difficult for you to get NINA loans in any state now. This is because, after the real estate crisis, most of the lenders have stopped giving NINA loans. Nevertheless, you should speak to the local lenders and apply for such loans. The local lenders will be able to help you know whether or not you can get such loans.
