Hi yborlady,
With a 70% down, you can get a loan with no points and no escrow account. Many of the lenders, I believe, would be able to offer you a loan. What is your credit score? Do you have any other debts?
There are a number of lenders in this community who offer their services in Texas. I think you can discuss this with them. They will consider your credit score, income etc and offer you a no-obligation free consultation on the right kind of mortgage that will suit your needs and will not require you to pay any points or have an escrow account. They will also be able to help you with a loan, if you qualify in terms of the credit and other requirements set by them. |
