I RECEIVED A NOTICE TO CURE DEFAULT GIVING ME TEN DAYS TO CURE IS THIS LEGAL IN TX,THEN I RECEIVED NOTICE OFF ACCELERATION AND NOTICE OFF SALE BUT THE SALE TOOK PLACE BEFORE THE 30
FDCPA ACT NOTICE EXPIRED IS THIS LEGAL

Welcome alvem,

The lender can give you a notice to pay off your dues or else he may foreclose the property to recover his dues. However, he shouldn't have foreclosed the property before the time period given to you got expired. I would suggest you to speak to your attorney in this regard.
