Can I nullify an improperly filed deed of trust in Texas?

Like 0 Dislike 0 My spouse fraudulently filed a deed of trust against our estate without my knowledge or consent naming her mother as beneficiary. This was done under court order expressly forbidding it, after my petition for divorce was filed. I got the house in our settlement under condition that I refinance to buy her out. The property is now encumbered by the deed of trust, limiting my options to refinance. What are my options?

Moreover, you have a court order in this regard. I would suggest you to contact an attorney and take his opinion in this matter. He will help you know what steps you need to take in this matter.
