The house was put into our name. I would like to put the house into our only sons name where he can put it into homstead and pay the taxes. What forms do I need and can I do this myself. We do live in Texas if that is needed.

You can do this yourself but it is always better to take the help of a real estate attorney in this regard. Thanks
