I am a Realtor and my client will buy an owner financing home
how you know that the payment of an owner financing is being doneand is there a way to check.
I have concern about the contract and I would like an attorney to check first. Dallas TX.
what about negociation of
repairs, and any warranty

Hi joseduque,

You can contact a real estate attorney and ask him to draft the owner financing contract. Both, the owner as well as the buyer should sign the contract and the terms and conditions will be binding on both. Thus, the buyer will be bound to make payments.
