father has texas property in calif trust will their be any problem in selling property? I am the assigned excecutor of trust.

Hi rickness,

As far as I know, there won't be any problem in selling the property. The trust will remain valid and you can use normal procedure to sell off the property. If the beneficiaries of the property receives it, then there will be no need to probate the property separately.
