I'm just about to give up. I am trying to enter the address of the property I want to refi and the udpate field returns blank. I also can't get past the default city of Midlands.

The loan property is in Texas and I live in California. Any suggestions? Any other sites that are easier to use?

Hi lee_ellak!

Welcome to forums!

If your mortgage is in default, then you won't be able to refinance the mortgage. You can contact your lender and check out if you can go for a loan modification or not. This will help you in saving the property.
