can we get quit claim back in our name to sell property, it has been 4 years since we filed bankruptcy and we quit claim property to our sons. can we get it back so we can sell it. we live in Texa

Hi cbarham,

You cannot directly sell off the property. You'll have to ask your sons to quitclaim the property back to you. Once they do so, then you can sell off the property.
