She has made all of the payments and taxes on the home since she has lived there from the beginning. Now she has paid the home off and retired and I would like to get the home in her name. We filled out a Quit Claim Deed and want to file it in Harris County, Texas. Where do we go to do this? Thank you, Judy Boyer

You can contact an attorney and he will help you in drafting the deed and filling it out.
