ifreyre22,
I used an internet search engine and came up with this link to a free Quit Claim Deed for Texas at http://www.8ws.org/quit-claim-deed.htm
You might call the county records office or clerk's office to ask about correct number of witnesses for notorizing to be sure.

Hi ifreyre,

Before you use any quitclaim deed form from the internet, make sure that the deed conforms to the laws of your state. The verbiage used on the deed is also important and it varies from situation to situation. It is better to get the deed reviewed by an attorney before using it.
