Can I use an online Quit Claim Deed for TX to add my partner as part owner of our home which is currently just in my name? Is there any need to notify the mortage co?

Welcome lana_stokes,

You can use an online quit claim deed form of Texas to add your partner to the property deed. Check out the given page to get a sample deed form of Texas:

As there will be a change in the property ownership, it's better to inform the lender about it.
