Bree Guest	Posted: Tue Aug 03, 2010 10:34 am    Post subject: Quitclaim deed Like 0 Dislike 0 My mom was a widow and has recently passed without a will meaning that in the sate of Texas the house is to be divided by all 8 of her children. We are all in agreement that I should get the house but I do not know if a quitclaim deed can be used in this matter. I am the youngest and the one that took care of her but I don't know how to transfer everyones interest to myself. _________________ Need help choosing the right loan?
