If the property isalready in both of yoru name then you donto need to do anythting

Hi cesarcorrea,

As your wife is deceased, you cannot file a quitclaim deed to transfer the property in your name. You will have to file an affidavit of heirship at the county recorder's office and transfer the property in your name.
