Guest	Posted: Wed Jan 21, 2009 3:22 pm    Post subject: is it a law in texas that only 10 acres can be included in c Like 0 Dislike 0 is it a law in texas that only 10 acres can be included in cash-out refi...I did a refi prior and a 2nd mortgage that was supposed to be home improvement loan but shows up on credit report as home equity so I am now required to to cash-out refi but am told that Texas law only allows 10 acres to be included in appraisal and refi. This was not the case in 2003 when 2nd mortgage and refi took place. Then all 19 acres as allowed. Very frustrated and confused. Any clarification or info would be appreciated.
