Can I refinance my mortgage more than 1 to pull money out.

What are the laws on how many times you can refinance a mortgage in the state of Texas, is there a limit on how many times you can refi?

But if it's a Texas A6 loan, it cannot be refinanced within the first 12 months and if the total mortgage amount exceeds 80% of the home's value.
