If I refinance my house in TX, am I restricted as to when I can put my house on the market for sale?

You can sell it pretty much whenever you want as far as I know, but it may not make the best sense to sell it just after a refinance as you've probably just paid a fee to restructure the loan for a long term benefit.

selling to quickly could mean that you lose the benefits of your refinance, but it's up to you ultimately.

As far as I know, there's no such restriction on selling off the property. However, once you sell off the property, you will have to clear off the mortgage dues.

you may absolutely sell your home shortly after having refinanced. it's your home, after all, and the mortgage lender simply has a lien on the property that secures its loan. when you sell, you pay it off and move forward from there.
