Hi amydell,

Both you and your wife have good credit scores. The scores will also help you in qualifying for a loan with good rates and terms. It is a good idea to consolidate the mortgages and pay off your car loan and get some money to repair the home. You can contact any local lender. They should be able to help you with this. You can also go for a no obligation free mortgage quote from the lenders in this community. They will check your credit report, assess your financial situation. If you qualify for the loan, they will get in touch with you and offer you free mortgage quotes. You can then compare the loan offers and choose the one that charges an affordable interest rate from you.
