Is there a waiting period? Ive heard, 30, 90, 0 days, and depending on lender. Which is it? Is there an official guideline somewhere I can refer to? please advise..thanks.

Call your bank and put in yoru request. Probably it will be 30 days for them to call you back, due to amrket situation and soe many people callign the banks to refinance.

Keep all your documents ready(Incoem, Expenses and any other supporting documents)
