HELP~

ME AND MY GIRLFRIEND BOUGHT A HOUSE TOGETHER 2 YEARS AGO. WE ARE NO LONGER TOGETHER AND I NEED TO KNOW IF THERE'S ANY WAY TO REMOVE MYSELF FROM ANY AND ALL OBLIGATIONS RELATING TO THIS HOUSE. IS THERE A SUCH THING AS A "QUICK RELEASE" (I THINK THAT'S WHAT IT'S CALLED) ALSO HER NAME IS ON MY TRUCK, HOW CAN I GET HER REMOVED OFF OF THAT LOAN AS WELL? WE LIVE IN THE STATE OF TEXAS, NOT SURE HOW MUCH RELEVANCE THIS HOLDS TO MY QUESTIONS.

PLEASE HELP ME WITH ANY AVAILABLE INFORMATION THAT YOU THINK IS USEFUL FOR MY SITUATION..

in order to eliminate your obligation on the house, you'd need to refinance (actually she would have to do so). as for the truck, you'd have to refinance to get her name off.

i don't know if being in texas has any relevance in this matter. you may wish to check in with a local attorney.
