Divorce decree reflects house is solely mine. Is it wise to remove my ex's name from the deed? How would I do this? Thanks.

However, in case you still want to remove your husband from the title, you'll have to get a quit claim deed signed by your ex whereby he/she will give away his/her share of the property to you.
