tx rental unable to make payments

sabrinardh Joined: 18 Apr 2010 Posts: 1 1.30 Dollars($)	Posted: Sun Apr 18, 2010 4:48 am    Post subject: tx rental unable to make payments Like 0 Dislike 0 live in CA have 2 four plex and unable to make the payments (have been paying the diffence for three years now and am unable to do it anymore) called banks to attempt refi, loan modification. told must be behind in payments (this is the first month unable to pay) also told that current gov. prog do not apply b/c they are investment properties. what can be done or what are my possibilities??

If the lender accepts your request, then you would get reduced interest rate to pay off the loan but your term of loan payment may get increased.
