My parents owned a home and it was in my dad name he passed in ten years ago and mom just passed last year. There are no other siblings involved.

I want to sale my parent’s home now. Do I have the home in my name before putting it for sale? If so how do go about having it my name? I live in TX.

Thanks

You must prepare an Affidavit of Heirship in order to put the property in your name before selling.
