Just bought a $ 940,000.00 big nice house will have rehab done shortly want to refi and payoff Contractor's Liens into Owner Occ Mortgage.

Mortgage Lenders & Brokers here is good solid real loan now !

First Mortgage Company who can gets a great loan

Hi Robin!

Welcome to forums!

You will not be able to refinance the mortgage immediately. You need to wait for 8-10 months in order to refinance. Unless you have equity in the property, lenders won't be ready to refinance it.

But property is on market, could pull it if you wish. Would like to take some cash out on a rental, great credit 765, no lates, over 17 r.e. loans outstanding. stated income with taxes o.k. any help??

One mor eitem, if the property is listed for sale, then lender will nto consider for refinance

Also if you do nto have equity, then it is not possible to refinance
