What is the Texas law concerning the sale of a share of a home inherited by 3 siblings? My husband is executor and wishes to sell his share of the home.

Hi cherrylporter,

Your husband can sell his share of the property to anyone he wishes but as far as I know, he'll have to inform his siblings regarding the same. As far as Texas law is concerned, you and your husband need to get in touch with an attorney and take his opinion.
