If two people are on the deed to property(Texas) do both parties have to agree to sell. Or can one person sell without others consent? Is there a statute of limitation on deed?

Hi gain,

When there are two people on the deed, both of them are the owners of the property. So if one of the them decides to sell the property, he/she will have to take the consent of the other owner. Moreover, while selling the property, the signatures of both the persons would be required.

Thanks
